We collect information necessary to provide automated intake screening, call routing, lead notification, and account management services:Account & User Information: Names, business email addresses, and staff mobile phone numbers provided by client law firms during onboarding or account setup.Caller & Lead Information: Caller full names, contact phone numbers, counties, and case summaries captured via our automated AI intake software strictly to deliver real-time lead alerts to subscribing clients.2. Strict Mobile Information Privacy & Non-Sharing Policy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.3. Web Form SMS Opt-In & Consent
Subscribing law firm owners, legal intake staff, and end-users opt in to receive transactional B2B SMS notifications (including lead summaries, account notifications, and call alerts) via our online onboarding web forms at https://intechlegal.carrd.co/#consent.During registration or form submission, users submit their mobile phone numbers and manually check an unchecked checkbox containing explicit consent language:"I agree to receive automated intake & lead alerts from InTech Legal Tech. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See Terms & Privacy below."Users may also opt in or re-subscribe via mobile text by sending the keyword START to our dedicated system numbers. Message frequency depends on call volume and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.4. Opt-Out & Customer Support Instructions
To Stop Messages: You may opt out of receiving SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any text message received. INTECH LEGAL AUTOMATION — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: August 31, 2026This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between InTech Legal Tech LLC, d/b/a InTech Legal Automation ("Provider," "Company," "we," "us"), and the entity purchasing or utilizing services ("Client," "you"). By utilizing Provider's services or selecting the agreement checkbox at onboarding or checkout, Client agrees to all terms outlined below.1. Scope of Services & AI Intake Operations
Provider delivers automated software-based call screening, intake data capture, and lead notification services:24/7 Response & Screening: Automated call answering for after-hours, weekends, and overflow calls; practice area classification (e.g., Criminal Defense, Family Law, Personal Injury).Data Capture & Alerts: Captures caller full name, contact information, county, and court/case details. Delivers real-time SMS and email notifications.Usage Limits & Overage: Includes monthly screening allowance specified in Client’s service plan. Additional usage beyond plan limits will be billed at standard per-minute rates.2. Fees & Payment Terms
Setup & Subscription Fees: Client agrees to pay all setup fees and recurring subscription retainers agreed upon at registration or specified in the invoice.Billing Cycle: Recurring fees are billed automatically every 30 days starting on the effective date of service.Cancellation: Client may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable.3. Client Responsibilities & Implementation
Client is solely responsible for maintaining active conditional call forwarding through its third-party telecommunications carrier (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) to Provider's designated system routing number.4. SMS Service Program Terms & Mobile Disclosures
Program Purpose: InTech Legal Tech LLC sends transactional and operational text messages (including real-time call lead summaries, intake status alerts, and B2B account notifications) to subscribing law firm owners and authorized legal intake staff members.Opt-In Mechanism: End-users opt in to receive SMS alerts by submitting their mobile number on our online account onboarding web form and checking the explicit SMS consent checkbox.Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by texting or replying STOP to any text message received from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message verifying your opt-out.Customer Support: For assistance or technical support regarding text alerts, reply HELP to any text message or contact us directly via email at [email protected].Rates & Frequency: Message frequency varies based on incoming call volume and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.Carrier Non-Liability: Wireless carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.Mobile Data Privacy Clause: Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be shared, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.5. Technology Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Provider is a legal technology vendor and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or official intake guarantees.Provider is not responsible for missed calls, dropped lines, or failed alerts resulting from third-party telecommunications carrier outages, client call-forwarding misconfigurations, or network downtime.In no event shall Provider’s total cumulative liability under this agreement exceed the total fees paid by Client to Provider in the two (2) months preceding any claim.6. Acceptance & Consent
By opting in to receive SMS notifications from InTech Legal Tech LLC, you agree to receive transactional and operational messages (such as call summaries, account notifications, and intake alerts).
